During my internship at Murex, I worked on developing an automated security remediation pipeline designed to identify and fix vulnerable software dependencies. The solution integrates tools such as Jenkins, Black Duck, SonarQube, and GitHub Advanced Security, automating dependency updates, validation, reporting, and Pull Request creation. The project reduced the estimated security remediation time by 94% while giving me valuable experience working with enterprise software development and security tools
As a part-time IT Support Assistant at the American University of Beirut, I provided hands-on technical support across university labs and systems. My responsibilities included deploying and configuring computers, managing domain and account settings, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, performing system maintenance, and preparing computer labs for exams. This role strengthened my practical IT skills and gave me experience working with enterprise systems and supporting users in a university environment
